1 slice of whole wheat bread or whole wheat English muffin
1 egg
salt to taste
pepper to taste
30 gr smoked salmon
parsley for garnish
Toast the bread.
While the bread is toasting, in a deep plate, place the egg, salt and pepper, and beat everything well.
Place the egg mixture in a pan with cooking spray. Make scrambled eggs.
Once the egg is ready, place it on the toast and on top place a slice of smoked salmon.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
