This recipe is perfect for breakfast time, is abundant in protein and is ideal for people who exercise in the early morning hours.

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of whole wheat bread or whole wheat English muffin

  • 1 egg

  • salt to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • 30 gr smoked salmon

  • parsley for garnish

Preparation Instructions:

  • Toast the bread.

  • While the bread is toasting, in a deep plate, place the egg, salt and pepper, and beat everything well.

  • Place the egg mixture in a pan with cooking spray. Make scrambled eggs.

  • Once the egg is ready, place it on the toast and on top place a slice of smoked salmon.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
