  • Calories: 200 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 7 gr. equals 1 fat serving.

  • Grams of protein: 4 gr. equals 1/2 protein serving.

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 32 gr. equals 2 carbohydrate servings.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter.

  • 3/4 cup honey

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

  • 2/3 cup raisins or cranberries

  • cooking spray oil

Preparation:

  • In a large pot, combine the peanut butter with the honey, cook over medium-low heat until both ingredients are melted (2-3 minutes).

  • Add the cereal and raisins to the mixture, stir well until sticky.

  • Cover a baking dish with cooking spray, place the cereal mixture and press well (until compact). Refrigerate for 40 minutes and then cut into 15 squares.
