Grams of carbohydrates: 29.9 gr. equivalent to 2 carbohydrate servings
Grams of protein: 33.6 gr. equivalent to 5 protein servings

3 cups roasted boneless chicken breast
1/3 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
10 slices whole grain bread (square)
Combine the first 9 ingredients in a deep plate and mix well.
Place 2/3 cup of the chicken mixture on each of 5 bread slices. Place the other bread slice on top.
If desired, you can cut the sandwich in half.
