This dip is inspired by Middle Eastern flavors with many ingredients from that region. It’s quite light and pairs perfectly with toasted pita or flatbread.

  • Calories: 49 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 3 gr. equals half a fat serving

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 3 gr.

  • Grams of protein: 3 gr. equals half a protein serving

Ingredients:

  • 240 gr. of homemade or store-bought hummus

  • 1 cup of fat-free Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup of diced cucumber with skin

  • 1 medium tomato, diced

  • 1/3 cup of sliced black olives

  • 1/3 cup of feta cheese

  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Preparation:

  • This dip is made in layers, so place the hummus at the bottom of a deep plate, making sure it’s evenly distributed. Then layer the remaining ingredients on top, starting with the yogurt, cucumber, tomato, olives, and feta cheese on top.

  • Sprinkle with oregano when serving.
