240 gr. of homemade or store-bought hummus
1 cup of fat-free Greek yogurt
1 cup of diced cucumber with skin
1 medium tomato, diced
1/3 cup of sliced black olives
1/3 cup of feta cheese
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
This dip is made in layers, so place the hummus at the bottom of a deep plate, making sure it’s evenly distributed. Then layer the remaining ingredients on top, starting with the yogurt, cucumber, tomato, olives, and feta cheese on top.
Sprinkle with oregano when serving.
