2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 cup regular oats
Salt to taste
6 tilapia fillets of 120 grams each
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
To make the “breading” mixture, place pistachios, oats, cheese, and spices in a food processor. Process.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking oil.
Coat each fish fillet with the breading mixture and place separately on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through.
