Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/4 cup regular oats

  • Salt to taste

  • 6 tilapia fillets of 120 grams each

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • To make the “breading” mixture, place pistachios, oats, cheese, and spices in a food processor. Process.

  • Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking oil.

  • Coat each fish fillet with the breading mixture and place separately on the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through.
