Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts

Preparation:

  • To make the marinade: mix the lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a deep bowl.

  • Place the chicken with the marinade in a cooking bag and refrigerate for the entire day.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a rack on top.

  • Place the chicken on the rack. Cook for 50 to 60 minutes depending on the size of the chicken.

  • Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 10 minutes and serve.
