2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon chile flakes
500 gr. small peeled shrimp
1 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1 cup finely sliced cucumber
1/4 cup fresh herbs such as basil, mint, and cilantro
In a large deep bowl, mix the lime juice, oil, sugar, and chile flakes.
Add the shrimp, cucumber, bell pepper, and herbs. Stir everything well.
Serve over a bed of lettuce.
