It’s more common to find dips or sauces for salads, which is why this recipe is very innovative and adds extra flavor to your favorite fruits. You can enjoy this as a dessert or snack.

Approximate Nutritional Content: 2 tablespoons of dip with 1/2 cup of fruit, recipe yields 12 servings

  • Calories: 110 kcal

  • Grams of Fat: 2.5 gr equals half a fat serving

  • Grams of Carbohydrates: 22 gr equals 1.5 fruit servings

  • Grams of Protein: 4 gr equals half a protein serving

Note: nutritional information may vary depending on the quantity and type of ingredients used.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sliced apple

  • 1 1/2 cups banana chunks

  • 6 peeled and sliced kiwis

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry chunks

  • 1/2 cup light cream cheese

  • 6 packets of Splenda

  • 1/4 cup canned peach without juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek preferred)

Preparation:

  • Place the fruit chunks (not including the peach) on a serving platter.

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the cream cheese, Splenda, peach pieces, cinnamon, vanilla, and yogurt.

  • Mix all ingredients until well incorporated and serve.
