A refreshing way to enjoy fruits and healthy fats is this guacamole. An exotic variation of the traditional version, you can enjoy it as a salad or served with tortillas.

3 ripe avocados cut into cubes
2 ripe pears cut into cubes
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
salt to taste
1 garlic clove finely chopped
pepper to taste
3 tablespoons roasted pistachios finely chopped
In a medium bowl, place and mix the avocados with the pears.
Add the cilantro, lime juice, salt and garlic, stir.
Taste and add pepper and salt to taste if needed.
Transfer to a serving plate and top with the roasted pistachios.
