Ingredients: recipe for 4 popsicles

  • 1/3 cup of diced kiwi

  • 1/3 cup of diced watermelon

  • 1/3 cup of diced strawberries

  • 1/3 cup of diced pineapple

  • 1/4 cup of pineapple or orange juice

Variations: you can choose your preferred fruits if the ones I suggest don’t appeal to you. You can add Splenda or another sweetener if you want your popsicle to be sweeter.

Steps to follow:

  • Combine all the chopped fruit in a deep bowl.

  • Fill plastic cups with the fruit, making sure the cup is not completely full.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of juice to each cup and place a popsicle stick in each one. The stick won’t fall out due to the amount of fruit in each cup.

  • Place in the freezer until they are solid.

Note: to eat, remove the cup from the popsicle; you can use a little water to help remove the cup.

Enjoy!!
