This delicious parfait is an excellent choice for a healthy snack. We can vary the fruit to one of our liking or whatever we have on hand. Simple, delicious, and nutritious.

  • Calories: 275 kcal.

  • Grams of Fat: 9 gr. equivalent to 2 fat servings

  • Grams of Carbohydrates: 38 gr. equivalent to 2.5 carbohydrate servings

  • Grams of Protein: 15 gr. equivalent to 2 protein servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Greek or plain yogurt

  • 1 small green apple, diced

  • 14 gr walnuts, finely chopped

  • cinnamon to taste

  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Preparation:

  • In a glass, layer all ingredients, starting with yogurt, then apple, walnuts, a pinch of cinnamon, and honey. Repeat the pattern until you run out of ingredients or fill the glass.

  • Serve
