This delicious parfait is an excellent choice for a healthy snack. We can vary the fruit to one of our liking or whatever we have on hand. Simple, delicious, and nutritious.

1/2 cup Greek or plain yogurt
1 small green apple, diced
14 gr walnuts, finely chopped
cinnamon to taste
1/2 tablespoon honey
In a glass, layer all ingredients, starting with yogurt, then apple, walnuts, a pinch of cinnamon, and honey. Repeat the pattern until you run out of ingredients or fill the glass.
