Ingredients:

  • 1 cup black beans, drained and seasoned.

  • 1/2 cup sweet corn

  • 1/2 avocado, diced

  • 1 sweet pepper, finely diced

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients in a large deep bowl and mix well.

  • Serve with tortilla chips.
