Grams of fat: 2 gr.
Grams of carbohydrates: 14 gr. equivalent to 1 serving of carbohydrate/vegetable
Grams of protein: 30 gr. equivalent to 4 servings of protein

450 gr of skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
1/2 large onion finely chopped
3 large portobello mushrooms cut into cubes
450 ml of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
Spray a skillet with cooking oil spray. Heat over medium-high heat and sauté the onion, mushrooms, and chicken until browned.
Add to the skillet the Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the flour and let it boil until thickened.
Serve.
