1 medium pita bread
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 small tomato cut into slices.
spinach leaves cut into strips.
garlic powder
onion powder
dried rosemary (to taste)
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread the cheese on the pita bread (distribute well), then place the tomato slices and spinach on top.
Add the spices, salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pita bread on a baking sheet (you can spray a little oil on it to prevent sticking).
Cook for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
