For pizza lovers, here’s a quick and healthy way to enjoy it.

  • Calories: 140 kcal.

  • Grams of protein: 14 g. equivalent to 2 servings of protein

  • Grams of fat: 3 gr. equivalent to 1/2 fat

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 15 gr. equivalent to 1 grain

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium pita bread

  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 small tomato cut into slices.

  • spinach leaves cut into strips.

  • garlic powder

  • onion powder

  • dried rosemary (to taste)

  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Spread the cheese on the pita bread (distribute well), then place the tomato slices and spinach on top.

  • Add the spices, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Place the pita bread on a baking sheet (you can spray a little oil on it to prevent sticking).

  • Cook for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
