4 skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup natural tomato sauce (already seasoned)
60 gr shredded mozzarella cheese.
dry parsley
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place chicken on plastic wrap (wrap it) and pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they are very thin.
Heat a skillet with cooking spray.
Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken in the hot skillet, cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side.
Once the chicken is cooked, place on a baking sheet with aluminum foil, add tomato sauce, cheese and parsley to each breast (same amount for each).
Bake for 15 minutes and done!!
Side dishes: can be accompanied with 1/2 cup cooked pasta or rice, and sautéed vegetables. Enjoy!
