8 chicken thighs with bone and skin
2 tablespoons of canola oil
black pepper to taste
1/2 cup of flour
4 garlic cloves cut in half
1/2 cup of white wine
1 teaspoon of complete seasoning
Heat the oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Place the flour on a plate, and add the complete seasoning and pepper. Mix.
Coat the chicken with the flour mixture, and place in the skillet with oil. Cook until golden brown.
In the same skillet add the white wine and garlic cloves.
Cover the skillet and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Check constantly; if it dries out, add more wine. Make sure it cooks well (when pierced with a fork, the liquid that comes out should be clear and not red)
Serve.
