This dish seems to me a different and fun way to consume light protein. In addition to being versatile since it can be used as a snack or appetizers for a social event.

1 large cucumber
1 carrot cut into thin and small strips
1 large can of tuna in water
1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Using a knife or mandoline, cut the cucumber lengthwise (should be in thin strips).
Mix in a deep plate the tuna (drained), yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
To make the rolls: place a tablespoon of tuna mixture at one end of the cucumber strip, add a couple of carrot strips and roll up.
To hold the rolls together, we can secure them with toothpicks.
