Grams of fat: 11 gr. equals 2 fats
Grams of carbohydrates: 47 gr equals 3 grains
Grams of protein: 3 gr. equals 1/2 protein
note: nutritional information may vary depending on the type and quantity of ingredients used.
20 gr dark or bitter chocolate
1 cup strawberries
1 cup almond milk (regular or skim milk can be used)
optional splenda to taste
Place the chocolate and strawberries in the blender. Add the milk.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
NOTE: add splenda if desired and the chocolate will remain in very small pieces.
