For hot days or beach outings, there’s nothing more refreshing than a cold drink. This recipe is not only refreshing, but you also get the benefits of fruit and vegetables.

Approximate Nutritional Content: 1 glass.

  • Calories: 159 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 1 gr.

  • Grams of protein: 2 gr.

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 40 gr. equivalent to 2.5 servings of fruit/carbohydrate.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of diced pineapple.

  • 1/2 cup of ice

  • 1/3 cup of orange juice

  • 1/4 cup of diced carrot

  • 1/2 banana

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender.

  • Blend until everything is mixed and reaches the desired consistency.
